For Agents
Read the donation forms, campaigns, payment terms, and amounts configured in the Kikz platform, and fetch a form's HTML by form_id to embed it on another page.
Use for: List all donation forms on the Kikz platform, Get the donation amounts offered on this form, Find which campaigns a donation form belongs to, Retrieve the HTML for donation form 15 in full mode
Not supported: Does not process donations, take payments, or create and edit forms. Use for reading Kikz donation form data and loading form HTML only.
The Kikz Forms AZG API loads donation forms generated in the Kikz donation platform so they can be shown on another site. One operation returns the form data: each form's id, naam, and title, its campaigns, and its termijn options (payment terms) with the bedrag amounts and productID behind each. The other returns a form's display HTML for a form_id, optionally tied to a campaign_id and rendered in full or custom mode. The only server in the spec is a SwaggerHub auto-mocking URL, so production calls need the host Kikz provides.
Install Jentic One Beta
Jentic One is a self-hosted execution layer for AI agents. It lets your agent call the Kikz Forms AZG, or any other public or private API you need. You set the rules, the agent never sees your credentials, and every call is logged.
Two steps, two machines. Install the instance in a safe environment, then register your agent from wherever it runs.
Step 1: Jentic One Host machine
# On the machine that will host your Jentic One instance:
curl -fsSL "https://jentic.com/install.sh?src=apis&api=%2Fapis%2Fkikzstaging.nl%2Fkikzstaging" | shStep 2: Agent machine
# On the machine where your agent runs (keep this separate from the instance):
curl -fsSL "https://jentic.com/install.sh?src=apis&api=%2Fapis%2Fkikzstaging.nl%2Fkikzstaging" | sh
jentic register # connects your agent to your Jentic One instanceJentic One is in public beta. The setup above keeps your agent separate from the instance, which is what you want before using real credentials: an agent running as the same OS user as Jentic One can read its stored keys directly. Just evaluating? A single local install is fine to start. See the secure deployment guide for the tiers.
What an agent can do with Kikz Forms AZG API.
List donation forms with their id, naam, title, and campaigns
Read each form's termijn options with the bedrag amounts and productID they map to
Fetch a form's display HTML by form_id, optionally for one campaign_id
Choose the full or custom mode when rendering a form's HTML
Patterns agents use Kikz Forms AZG API for, with concrete tasks.
★ Embedding a Donation Form Through Jentic
An AI agent building a campaign landing page reads the Kikz form data to pick the right donation form and campaign, then fetches that form's HTML to place on the page. Through Jentic the agent discovers both operations by intent and calls them with the X-API-Key, which stays on your own machine.
List form data, find the form whose campaigns include 'Geef VPRO cadeau', then POST /api/subscription/formulier with that form_id, its campaign_id, and mode 'full' and return the HTML
Reviewing Donation Amounts
A fundraising coordinator wants a summary of what each form asks donors to give. The agent reads every form's termijn options and lists the bedrag amounts with their productID, making it easy to spot a form whose amounts are out of date.
Call GET /api/subscription/get_formulier_data and produce a table of form naam, termijn naam, and each bedrag amount
Custom Form Rendering
A web developer wants the form markup without the platform's full page chrome. Requesting the form HTML with mode set to custom, which the spec gives as the default, returns a version suited to being styled inside an existing site.
POST /api/subscription/formulier with form_id 15 and mode 'custom' and return the HTML for embedding

Setup
Wiring Kikz Forms by hand means sending the X-API-Key header, posting a form-encoded body rather than JSON for the HTML call, and swapping the spec's SwaggerHub mock host for your production one. Through Jentic you install once, import the Kikz Forms AZG API from the API Directory, store the key once, and your agent calls it.
Permission scoping
Kikz Forms carries the form_id and campaign_id in the request body, so rules bound which of its two operations your agent may call, not which form it requests. You choose the operations it may call, so form HTML requests are not included unless you add them.
Credential isolation
Your Kikz API key is stored once, encrypted, by your own Jentic One instance and injected at execution time. It never enters the agent's prompt, logs, or context.
Intent-based discovery
Agents search Jentic by intent such as 'load a donation form' or 'list donation amounts', and Jentic returns the matching Kikz Forms operation with its input schema so the agent calls the right endpoint without browsing the reference docs.

What authentication does the Kikz Forms AZG API use?
Per its OpenAPI spec, the Kikz Forms AZG API authenticates with an API key in the X-API-Key header. Through Jentic the key is stored encrypted by your own Jentic One instance and injected at call time, so it never enters the agent's context.
Is there a Kikz Forms MCP server?
You don't need an MCP server to give your agent the Kikz Forms AZG API. Jentic connects it directly from the API Directory: import it, store your API key once, and your agent calls both operations on demand without loading a server's tool definitions into its context.
Can I limit what my agent is allowed to do with the Kikz Forms AZG API?
Yes. Write a rule that allows only GET /api/subscription/get_formulier_data, so a reporting agent can read forms and amounts without requesting form HTML. Every call it makes is logged.
Which server should I call for the Kikz Forms AZG API?
The spec lists only a SwaggerHub auto-mocking server, which returns example data rather than your real forms. Ask Kikz at https://kikz.nl/ for the production host before pointing an agent at live donation forms.
What are the rate limits for the Kikz Forms AZG API?
The OpenAPI spec does not specify rate limits. Check with Kikz at https://kikz.nl/ for current limits.
How do I fetch a donation form's HTML with the Kikz Forms AZG API through Jentic?
Search Jentic for an intent like 'load a donation form', import the Kikz Forms AZG API from the API Directory, and store your API key. Your agent calls POST /api/subscription/formulier as a form-encoded request with form_id, an optional campaign_id, and mode set to full or custom. To run it on your own infrastructure, install Jentic One from its GitHub repo.
