Setup

Wiring the Rewiser API by hand means handling its bearer token auth, attaching that token to every function call against api.rewiser.io, and managing retries yourself. Through Jentic you install once, import Rewiser from the API Directory, store the token once, and your agent calls it.

Permission scoping

Rewiser exposes function-style endpoints whose targets travel in the request body rather than as a resource id you can pin, so limit the agent to the operations it needs, such as getting recent transactions or listing folders. You choose that set, so write operations like creating multiple transactions are not included unless you add them.

Credential isolation

Your Rewiser token is stored once, encrypted, by your own Jentic One instance and injected at execution time. It never enters the agent's prompt, logs, or context.

Intent-based discovery

Agents search Jentic by intent such as 'get recent transactions' or 'list folders', and Jentic returns the matching Rewiser operation with its input schema so the agent calls the right endpoint without browsing the reference docs.
