Jentic Achieves ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification

We're pleased to announce that Jentic Technology Ltd. has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for our Information Security Management System (ISMS), independently assessed by Prescient Security (Certificate #123329).

What ISO 27001 is

ISO/IEC 27001 is the leading international standard for information security management. Certification means an independent auditor has verified that we operate a formal, systematic approach to managing security risk: documented policies and controls, defined ownership and accountability, ongoing risk assessment, and a cycle of continuous review and improvement. It isn't a one-off checkbox. Maintaining certification requires regular surveillance audits, so the standard we were assessed against is the standard we have to keep meeting.

Why it matters for our customers

Jentic sits in a sensitive position in our customers' stacks. Our platform handles AI agent integration, workflow automation, and governance, which means our customers trust us with access to their systems and data. That trust has to rest on more than good intentions.

Our ISMS covers the people, processes, and infrastructure behind the Jentic Platform, including our AWS-hosted infrastructure, across our Engineering, Operations, and Go to Market teams. Certification gives our customers independent assurance that:

• Security risks are identified, assessed, and treated systematically, not ad hoc
• Access to systems and data is controlled and audited
• Incidents are handled through defined, tested processes
• Security practices are reviewed and improved continuously

For teams evaluating Jentic, it also means faster procurement. Security questionnaires and vendor reviews are simpler when an accredited third party has already done the verification.

What's next

Certification is a milestone, not a finish line. The value of ISO 27001 is the discipline it builds into how we work every day, and we'll keep investing in our security posture as our platform and customer base grow.
