Jentic completes its SOC 2® Type 1 examination

Jentic has completed a SOC 2® Type 1 examination of its controls relevant to security. The audit was carried out by Prescient Assurance, an independent CPA firm.

AI agents are only useful when they can connect to real systems. That means handling API access, credentials and customer data with care. Security has been part of how we build Jentic from the start, and this report gives our customers and partners independent evidence of how our controls are designed.

What is a SOC 2 report?

SOC 2 is part of the System and Organization Controls (SOC) framework, developed by the AICPA. In a SOC 2 examination, an independent CPA firm reviews an organisation's controls.

What Type 1 means

A Type 1 report assesses how an organisation's controls are designed at a specific point in time.

We're currently working towards a SOC 2 Type 2 examination, which assesses how controls operate over a period of time.
