ManagedServiceIdentityClient is the Azure Resource Manager surface for the Microsoft.ManagedIdentity provider — user-assigned managed identities. It provisions identity resources that other Azure resources (VMs, App Services, Functions) reference to obtain AAD tokens without storing client secrets, and exposes the operations catalog for the provider.
